Pet Portrait Fundraiser: The Results!

Last week The Cattery held a pet portrait fundraiser to help our shelter during kitten season. All raised funds go straight into looking after the cats we have here at The Cattery Cat Shelter. We reached almost 50% of our goal, raising $2461/$5000! Thank you to everyone who donated, and we hope you all love the portraits you've received.

Pet Portrait Fan Favorites 2024

These were some of our most popular pieces over on Facebook. We love how these turned out! While some of the artists did keep to the ten-minute time limit, a few others added something extra for the highest donators to our fundraiser. 

The only way to get a pet portrait done by a Cattery artist is to look out for our exclusive fundraisers. All this art was done the same day as the donation was made, meaning our team did nearly 100 pieces in 6 hours! Isn't that incredible!?

Digital Cat Portraits

The digital pet portraits are some of our most requested, versatile pieces of art. Not only are you able to use the pet portrait on your desktop as a screensaver, but they're super easy to share! 

Once we've sent you a digital pet portrait, you're able to print and frame your piece as a piece of home or office decor. Other ideas for these art pieces include:

• Using the artwork as a custom emoji on platforms such as Discord (some editing may be needed for this, so make sure you're computer savvy if attempting this option)

Art of Dogs 2024

We may be a cat shelter, but our talented team had a great time drawing all kinds of animals at the 2024 pet portrait fundraiser. One of the most popular requests, besides felines, were dogs. 

We had the pleasure of drawing several breeds, including pit bulls, poodles, Pomeranians, boxers and more! A rabbit and an opossum even made an appearance this year! You can see those portraits in the categories above.
